The team has assembled here in Chicago and are getting ready to board the plane to Amsterdam. We have about an 8 hour flight. :( I'm all cozied up to the passenger next to me---he is a doctor so I'll be in good hands! I will be attaching pictures shortly so keep checking the blog.
